The Destaco 2002-UR Toggle Locking Clamp is a vertical hold-down clamp designed for secure, repeatable clamping in industrial setups. Featuring a flanged base and U-bar arm, this model includes Destaco’s Toggle Lock Plus mechanism, which prevents accidental release and enhances safety under vibration or stress.
With a maximum holding capacity of 600 lbf, the 2002-UR offers three times the strength of legacy models. Its clamp arm measures 1.93 inches with 0.95 inches of clearance underneath, and the vertical red handle opens to 66°, while the clamp arm opens to 75°, providing ample clearance for part loading. The compact 4.27-inch overall length and 0.49 lb weight make it ideal for tight setups.
This clamp is compatible with the 215208-M spindle assembly (not included) and is recommended for assembly, woodworking, checking fixtures, and closure applications. It is not recommended for food processing and performs moderately in welding environments.
