The Robohand RPL-3M Low Profile Parallel Gripper is a compact, precision-engineered pneumatic gripper designed for small parts handling in tight automation setups. Its low-profile body and lightweight aluminum construction make it ideal for space-constrained environments, while the non-synchronous jaw motion allows for flexible gripping configurations.
The gripper features dual opposed pistons connected to a synchronizing bar, delivering smooth and accurate jaw movement.
With a 0.75-inch stroke and 36 lbf of grip force, the RPL-3M supports finger lengths up to 4 inches and maintains repeatability within ±0.001 inches. It operates within a pressure range of 5–100 psi and includes purge and scavenge ports to prevent contamination and protect internal lubrication. The carbon steel fingers and IP-rated housing offer durability and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for cleanroom, electronics, and light industrial applications.
